This past week has been full of music. Leading worship, concerts, band practices, writing. It’s been busy—but the very best kind of busy. All the guys at Westside are super into the Mars Hill bands right now. It’s so exciting when people put out Jesus music that is good.Well-written, well-produced, well-arranged, solid lyrics. In the past worship and Christian music has had a tendency to be kind of formulaic and er…lame. This has slowly been changing and it excites my creative heart to see people use their gifts to bring glory and praise to the king through music.
